Research On Precision Poverty Alleviation In Rural Tourism In Helong City

In January 2015,the "Opinions on Promoting Tourism Reform and Development" issued by the State Council marked that China's rural tourism precision poverty alleviation has officially become a road to poverty alleviation in the poverty alleviation industry,and then the "13th Five-Year Plan" issued by the State Council in December 2016 The "Poverty Alleviation Rules" and the 2017 Central Document No.1 continue to provide policy guidance and specific implementation guidelines for China's rural tourism precision poverty alleviation road.The importance of rural tourism precision poverty alleviation in China's poverty alleviation project is getting higher and higher.Helong City is located in the border area of China and North Korea in Jilin Province,and 52% of the population is Korean.Helong City is not only a national poverty-stricken county but also a border area and a gathering area for ethnic minorities.The development of the rural poverty tourism and poverty alleviation and its achievements have important practical significance for the development of rural tourism in China.This paper studies the rural tourism precision poverty alleviation for Helong City.Firstly,it summarizes the background of this paper from the three levels of the country,Jilin Province and Helong City.At the same time,it also determines the research route of this paper,and through the study of tourism poverty alleviation at home and abroad.And the reading and induction of relevant literature on rural tourism precision poverty alleviation,which clarifies the theoretical and practical significance of this paper.Secondly,this paper determines and expounds the related concepts and theories needed in this study through literature reading,etc.,which lays a theoretical foundation for the research and clarifies the related concepts.Afterwards,the authors further summarized them by studying domestic and foreign countries and regions similar to the situation in Helong City,India and Australia abroad,and Guizhou and Hunan in China,and studying the successful experiences of rural tourism in these countries and regions.Heluo City's rural tourism precision poverty alleviation development summarizes some inspirations.Then the theory combined with the actual situation,through the field research and a large number of data collection,expounded the current situation and characteristics of the precision tourism poverty alleviation development in Helong City,and based on the data selection indicators to construct and the Long City rural tourism precision poverty alleviation performance evaluation system for empirical research.Finally,based on the previous research results,we find out the constraints of the development of precision tourism in the rural areas of Helong City,and propose countermeasures for these constraints,and put forward the conclusions of this paper.
