China-ASEAN Oil Cooperation Research

Along with our country economy is more and more big,the number of enterprises is becoming more and more dependence on energy will be more strong economic growth.Overall abundance oil resource reserves in our country,but the per capita share of oil resources is far insufficient,because our country energy demand is big,the light on our own energy production and supply has far cannot satisfy the need,therefore must want to cooperation with foreign countries,to ensure the steady supply of oil resources,so as to prevent our energy chain appear problem,cause serious economic and political crisis.A large number of imported from abroad energy has become an important option and inevitable choice.Asean countries is China's friendly neighbor and one of the major energy supplier in China,but also our country economic partners.Energy cooperation is one of the important content of strategy of cooperation between China and asean countries,strengthen cooperation with asean countries oil,both to increase trade between China and asean countries,is also a important international diverse sources of China's energy strategy.This paper USES literature research,comparative analysis,system analysis and other methods,on the basis of relevant theoretical knowledge,on the basis of the existing theoretical results were studied,with the oil cooperation between China and asean as the research subject,the paper research is divided into three major aspects: the first part reviews the meaning and the development of the oil cooperation between China and asean nations.The second part through the analysis of the status quo of the oil cooperation between China and asean nations,puts forward the challenges and problems in the oil cooperation between China and asean nations.Finally,put forward the perfect oil cooperation between China and asean corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions.Points with good and perfect the existing cooperation mechanisms;Seeking common ground while putting aside differences actively promote international cooperation and the joint development of energy;Increase in the field of oil and gas exploration and development investment to asean countries;Bridging institutional and cultural differences to promote cooperation;Energy efficiency reduce China's energy external dependency;Develop and promote new energy in six aspects,such as used in our country.Oil cooperation between China and asean as the research subject,from which summarizes the following:(1)status quo analysis of the oil cooperation between China and asean nations.Points directly imported oil way,direct investment,project development methods and other four ways,such as cooperation way.(2)the oil cooperation between China and asean nations facing chalenges and problems.Mainly include: the international factors that affect oil cooperation between China and asean;Bilateral infrastructure and conditions of restriction factors;Bilateral cultural,political and institutional factors;Development and investment way defective and not science.
