The Effect Transmission Mechanism Between China's Labor Market Segmentation And Economic Growth

In our country,the labor market has been divided into relatively closed part,due to the market mechanism and the institutional factors.There are significant differences in terms of salary between different sectors;this is so called labor market segmentation.What we can see from the point of the development of our country's economy is that this has huge influence on our economic growth rate and industrial structure.According to this,this paper analyzed the structural elements that impact the development of labor market segmentation,and how do they influence our economic growth rate and model.Wage stickiness of new Keynesian theory criticized the new classical school presumption of perfectly competitive labor market,from the perspective of efficiency of market mechanism,but it also exist some limitations.So the social structure of the accumulated school becomes the theoretical support.This school of thought that institutional factors and labor disputes played important role in the labor market segmentation,while there are all kind of forms,but its essence is a way that capital used to control work.The institutional factors Lead to labor market segmentation are closely associated with segmentation forms.The main propose of this paper is to figure out the role household registration system and discrimination policy of local government played in the flow of migrant workers.And Family pattern,protective discrimination plays an important role in the gender discrimination for women group.By the way industrial segmentation and region segmentation are more affected by the government's administrative duties.Labor market segmentation affect the efficiency of the allocation of resources and human capital accumulation cycle,as well as the effective demand,etc,by influencing the level of wages and career barriers.And ultimately affect the economic growth of China.
