Research On The Construction And Measurement Of Chinese Entrepreneur Spirit Index Based On WEF Questionnaire

The development of the country can't be separated from the enterprise,the enterprise is the cell of national economy,the main body of the development of national economy.The development of enterprises can't be separated from the capital,products and services and other basic elements,in addition to these elements,the spirit of entrepreneurship is also more and more scholars believe that the development of enterprises to promote an intangible factor.In recent years,the research on entrepreneurship has become hot issue of concern to all sectors of society,and brought to the attention of domestic scholars,how to measure entrepreneurship index and from the study of entrepreneurship get new ways for the development of enterprises,by continuing to nurture and develop the entrepreneurial spirit to give impetus to sustained economic growth and to promote the rapid development of our country enterprise balanced has important significance in theory and practice.This paper combed the domestic and foreign research status quo of corporate entrepreneurship,and related theories and methods about the corporate entrepreneurship research;on this basis,combining the reality of our country,constructed a new scale of corporate entrepreneurship,and then constructed the structural equation modeling of this paper.By using the WEF survey questionnaire of 2015 for data source,Likert scoring for quantitative analysis and Excel2013,SPSS 22,AMOS 22 software,paper measured and calculated the corporate entrepreneurship index.And then analyzed the regional differences,gender differences and industry differences of the index,therefore got relevant conclusions and gave some suggestions.The following conclusions are drawn:through the path coefficient between entrepreneurial spirit and several influencing factors,it can be concluded that innovation is the most important one.Midwest entrepreneurs need to strengthen ties with entrepreneurs in the east.Through the analysis of gender differences in the spirit of the entrepreneur,it can be concluded that male entrepreneurs need to pay more attention to the talent.Analysis of the difference in the spirit of entrepreneurship index industry shows:China's three major industries in the spirit of entrepreneurship in each of the high and low,although the largest proportion of the second industry,but the score is not satisfactory to highlight some of the problems.
