| In 2016,the performance of big insurance companies have seen steady growth and some small insurance companies and medium-sized insurance companies have done well.Meanwhile,insurance consumer complaints have been staying high.In2017,the life insurance industry keeps to growing rapidly,with the central bank raising interest rates on open market and pension payments accelerating the pace of accessing to the capital markets.At the same time,as the growth of the income of people,health,pension and other security requirements become an indispensable part of people’s daily consumption,playing an increasingly important role in the consumption structure.People are paying more and more attention to the requirement of the quality of life and at the same time people are gradually strengthening their risk management and security consciousness.These factors have been becoming the keen element to promote the development of insurance industry.Risk management has become an important factor in management and control decisions of insurance companies,having been widely used in areas such as economy,insurance and manufacturing.The risk management has become a central point among researchers and practitioners.This paper,through learning literature research and combing the origin of the risk management system and the concept of risk management,making the basic process of risk management and strategy and the risk management theory clear.On this basis,the paper make the Ru Yi Xin insurance program as a focal point,combing FD insurance company risk management status,exploring the problems of risk management and putting forward the FD company’s Ru Yi Xin insurance project’s risk management optimization scheme,finally determining the implementation safeguard measures of FD company Ru Yi Xin insurance project optimization plan.In the end,this article refers to mature risk management framework,providing advices for the risk management of other insurance companies based on FD insurance. |
