Since the 1980 s,China's rural society has undergone dramatic changes,and these changes have continued to deepen.It is important to understand the institutional changes that are taking place in rural areas,which have an important mirror effect on contemporary Chinese social transformation.This paper studies the evolution of rural grain market,analyzing the multiple logics of market institutional change and the interactivities.The diversified actors use different strategies to participate in the game,carrying out the process of insititutional operation and change,which promotes the remodeling of state-market-social relations and the transformation of China's rural areas from tradition into modernity,from domination to multiple governance.In the theoretical perspectives of institutional change,New Institutional Economics,breaking through the neo-classical economics "rational person" hypothesis and abstract construction,began to examine the economic activities embedded in the institutional environment,emphasizing the role of rationality and efficiency playing on the production,change and functioning of the institutions.Sociological general understanding of institution,often fell into the binary opposition of "structure-agency",While Giddens proposed structural duality and structuralization theory to achieve the creative transformation of theoretical paradigm.However,we must recognize that the different theories and research perspectives are directly based on the "system" as the starting point and discourse,ignoring the specific situation and field environment in which the system can be established,run and change.In this respect,Bourdieu's "field theory" and Fregestein's market field theory provide us with a perspective of the conversion and new enlightenment.Fregestein proposed to organize the market as a field,analyze the actions of the main actors in the market,sort out the relationship between the actors in the marke and that between the market and the government,and explore the social structure,rules,institutions of the market and so on,studying the formation,stability and transformation mechanism and other issues of the market.Based on the absorption of the above theories,we propose the triple dimension of the connotation of the market system and the four logics of the interaction of the multi-agent behavior in the process of market system change.First of all,the spiritual meaning of the market system is to establish the legitimacy of market ideology,making the market play a basic role in the allocation of resources and transaction.Secondly,the market system is the stable state of the interaction pattern and the distribution pattern of the diversified action in the market field.It is not only the logical basis for the action of actors,but also the guidance,the normative,the constraint and composing shaping effect to the actors.Finally,the market system isabout the social structures to maintain the normal operation of the market,stability and efficient,including the law,philosophy,habits and social relations network and other forms.Analysis of the establishment and operation of the Chinese market system must not ignore the role of government,for the government is an important market subject.In the process of analyzing the changes in the market system,we divide the government logic into two dimensions: the state perspective,the bureaucratic logic.In order to avoid the general view of other actors in the market as the pursuit of the interests and their logic of action as a logical definition of market logic,we tend to analyze the behaviors of the actors and their interactive relationships in specific events and practice.Through the evolution of the grain transacting station,we analyze its process of diversification and industrialization from the government subsidiary institution to the private enterprise,and explaining the process of institutional change and the logic of organizational change.Through the "brokers" group in the rural grain market,we analyzes their changing role from the authorized to the "Rural China" acquaintance,as well as the local ethical norms and the " The embedded local knowledge,named as the social logic of institutional change.Through the advancement of the rural Taobao project in a village,we analyze the evolution of the rural grain market under the new technological conditions of the Internet and the development of the Project Systerm as the new governance technology,explaining the institutional change path under the new technical logic.The framework of multiple logics of market institutional change points out the action logic and interaction strategy of diversified market players,who adjust the relationship and promotes the evolution of institutional change.On the basis of analyzing the multiple logics of the market institutional change,we point out that the multiple logics are not the substitute choice of "contradictory struggle",but of incremental and complementary.In the "Power Game" of the market institutional change,the peasants are lack of the ability to participate in the game,and we should explore the possibility to enhance the peasants 'ability of participation and stuggle in order to realize the new arrangement of the new social governance from the compensation of the peasants into multiple governance.
