In the process of rapid economic development in China,as the extremely important energy industry in China-the coal industry is also quietly developing rapidly,and its industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce and intense.The coal industry to determine the key factor in the competition is the coal supply chain,that is,enterprises from the purchase of raw materials,product processing is completed,sold to the terminal business of the whole process.The existence of coal supply chain makes the risk of China's coal industry chain has been greatly improved,which is due to the supply chain involved enterprises are mainly independent corporate enterprises,industry affiliated enterprises,interrelated enterprises,including the network Very complicated.So,compared to other general industries,the coal supply chain seems more complicated.Academia and industry in the world have studied and analyzed the coal industry supply chain management coordination mechanism many times in order to find a scientific way to make the risk to be effectively reduced or even eliminated to ensure that the coal industry supply chain to maintain a smooth and effective operation.Unfortunately,the coal industry supply chain management coordination of research and practice is still in its infancy.According to the above phenomena and background,this paper attempts to analyze the coordination problem of coal industry supply chain system,and to further promote the coal industry supply chain management more effectively established,the deep contradiction of the coal industry to be a scientific solution,coal industry chain competitiveness Constantly improve the supply chain system coordination and coal industry in a joint analysis to supplement the domestic such research,and the reality has a certain practical guiding significance.Based on the thought of system engineering,this paper systematically studies the coordination problem of supply chain system in coal industry by using the theoretical model analysis method.The main work and conclusions are as follows:(1)Proposed the game theory into the coordination of supply chain system research context and supply chain system coordination of the three levels of view(between the same level of competition between enterprises,cooperation between upstream and downstream enterprises,Supply chain system and the environment of adaptive coordination).(2)The research on the coordination between the two coal enterprises at the same level not only reveals the importance and inevitability of the establishment of competitive coordination at the same level,but also provides theoretical guidance for the effective establishment of competitive and coordinated management.The research is based on the yield game model and is fully explored from the non-dynamic perspective.(3)Research on price coordination between upstream and downstream enterprises in the coal industry: First,at any demand,with reference to the pricing of Stackelberg products,the price coordination strategy between the upstream and downstream manufacturers and distributors of coal supply chain system And then constructs the theoretical model,simulates and analyzes the model based on the uniform distribution and the quasi-normal distribution,and then analyzes the price in the basic condition,the information sharing,the centralized decision and the non-shared information,And when the supply chain system has the optimal order quantity,when the best profit and price.The theoretical results of the above research,for the upstream and downstream enterprises to choose the appropriate price coordination measures to provide theoretical reference.This paper analyzes the coordination measures of supply chain system in coal industry,and comprehensively studies the competitive coordination of production among coal enterprises at the same level,the cooperation of coal prices between upstream and downstream enterprises,Put forward the countermeasures and suggestions.
