Research On Evaluation And Optimization Of Entrepreneurial Environment In Hefei

Under the tide of mass entrepreneurship and innovation,the government has regarded encouraging innovation、promoting entrepreneurship、developing entrepreneurial economy and construction of an innovative society as their development direction and objectives Strategically.However,entrepreneurship is complex,which is affected by the internal and external environment.The entrepreneurial environment directly affects the entrepreneurial vitality of a region as well as the success or failure of entrepreneurship.To improve the business environment in the region,attract more people to start their own businesses,and promote the normal operation of start-up enterprises,the government,market,social work together.Firstly,this paper reviews the research results of the theory of entrepreneurship,which lays the theoretical foundation of this paper.And on this basis,from the four dimensions of PEST model:the political and legal environment,economic environment,social and cultural environment,technical environment,select the corresponding index,establish the evaluation index system of entrepreneurial environment,analyze entrepreneurial environment of Hefei macroscopically,find the current shortcomings of the entrepreneurial environment in Hefei,then put forward recommendations to optimize Hefei’s entrepreneurial environment.The main conclusions of this paper are:at present,entrepreneurial environ ment in Hefei is good,for example,a series of policies to support entrepreneu rship is introduced,Support for innovation and entrepreneurship is supplied and different new enterprises are founded successfully.In the result,the employme nt pressure is alleviated,society developed more stably.However,there are still many deficiencies,such as:the lack of systematic government policy,not the formation of a complete system,poor financing channels,entrepreneurial aware ness,spirit and atmosphere to be strengthened.Therefore,the entrepreneurial en vironment of Hefei can be improved furtherly.Further optimization should be toward the four direction:loose policy environment,good economic environmen t,open and vibrant social cultural atmosphere and favorable technological environment.
