Demonstration And Establishment Of Risk Management Mechanism's Organization And Process Based On IPD Mode

Traditional delivery modes of project are inefficient,more cost,longer duration.These drawbacks in the project of new period have gradually emerged.With the guildance of the Country “the Belt and Road” policy,there will be more big projects at home and abroad.And the drawbacks of the traditional delivery model is gradually appearing.The greater of the project,the more risks associated with it,how to deal with the risks,and how to deal with risk in the new delivery model becomes an interesting research topic.As a new delivery model,IPD has been highly respected in foreign countries.But IPD is still a concept of implant stage in our country,has not yet begun to spread out.In this paper,the project risk is described in detail,and the concept of risk is described.The new project delivery mode of IPD will be discussed,including the concept,principle and level of IPD.Compared with the traditional delivery model,the IPD model has a strongger superiority.With the IPD project model,the project risk management research will be made.As the same time,combined with the project organization and process,IPD model of risk management mechanism is formed.From the first step to the formation of IPD team and the establishment of "IPD house",to the second step of the signing of multi-contract,the risk identification,analysis,response and monitoring methods is described.Finally,the new risk management mechanism is demonstrated,analysis with orgnization and progress from two project practices.Through this IPD model of the risk management mechanism,the project has brought the desired effect,not only save the Cost,and save the duration,the total value of the project to achieve the maximum,these prove the mechanism can be used in the same industry for reference...
