During the course of modern engineering project management, the phenomenon of confusion,low quality and heavy risk loss do harm to the interest of stakeholders. It is because there isn't systematic standpoint to design organization and to manage project, so once there are some crisis,organization will run into chaos and out-of-order, expecially the investment of engineering project is nonrecoverable and the increment of the project is all up.Broad sense organization system of engineering project is the study object of the dissertation, which compose of interior and exterior stakeholders of the engineering project. In this dissertation, dissipations structure and system theoretics are introduced to study organization innovation of modern engineering project management. On the ground of modern organization theory, such as organization innovation theory,Complex Adaptive System theory and integrated value chain theory, main element and basic path of modern engineering project's organization innovation are discussed. The dissertation also builds up a conception model of entropy flow of modern engineering project's organization, and discourses upon the essence mechanism and the course of entropy flow of modern engineering project's organization. On the other hand,through analyzing the chaos element and order element, the dissertation design some path to reduce the increasing of positive entropy flow and introduce negative entropy flow in the organization to prevent chaos and make the organization tend to tranquilization. The target of the dissertation is to make the organization possess the power of self-renewal,self-study and to resist risk, namely a Complex Adaptive System of modern engineering project. At the same time, the dissertation adopts a multidimensional linearity programming technology and builds up a mathematic model. The TOPSIS method is used to optimize and select the organization design scheme.The dissertation puts forward some organization innovation path to increase the organization performance and improves the organization cooperation within the engineering project system. Its main content includes:——Engineering project organization's governance and optimization path of engineering project organization based on the principal-agent mechanism;——It also builds up a total-life cycle integrated management of modern engineering project's dissipation organization system, and puts forward a new pattern of integration management of organization to put up integration decision-making;——The basic form and the conceive mechanism about Knowledge-linked Agile Virtual Enterprise and it's knowledge management technology is discussed in this part.In the end, on the ground of the summary of modern engineering project's organization performance estimate ways, a kind of measure is put forward to evaluate organization performance by the stakeholder viewpoint,the guidelines and approach are also be set forth.
