With the rapid growth of China’s economy,water industry market reform deepening water price reform trend is obvious,the water market policy environment and the improvement of the investment environment,attract a large number of state-owned capital,social capital into the field of water,the water industry intensified internal competition.The state-owned water companies currently occupy the market share,mainly rely on franchising and tilt policy advantages in capital,technology and management and other aspects of the strength and international water companies compared,there is a gap.Along with our country city water system gradually perfect,formed by the PPP model to promote environmental infrastructure investment and operation of the market,the third party governance mechanism,innovation of enterprises to improve the third party governance market,strengthen policy guidance and support of the overall policy framework.The country to vigorously promote the water industry market,the objective requirements of the state-owned enterprises must enhance the core competitiveness and growth of water to develop as soon as possible,otherwise in the increasingly fierce competition of water market,state-owned water enterprise’s sustainable development and market development will be restricted seriously.This thesis focus on the core competitiveness of state-owned enterprises to enhance and expand the water,first introduces the theory of core competence and the domestic and foreign scholar’s research results and system innovation,management innovation,technological innovation and cultural innovation of enterprise innovation,followed by analysis of the core competitiveness of traditional large state-owned water group,main water companies,local water companies and international water giant holdings or wholly owned subsidiary,again summed up the core competitiveness of state-owned enterprises including water management,operation and service ability,technical factors and enterprise culture and brand effect etc..Finally,a case study is applied to the above research results,and the countermeasures to enhance the core competitiveness of XXX company are studied from several aspects.
