Research On Evaluation And Promotion Of Core Competitiveness Of State-owned Industrial Enterprises In Northeast Old Industrial Base

The old industrial base in Northeast China is an important industrial economic region in China.Before the reform and development,It is an important development area,It is one of the earliest area that the state-owned industrial enterprises gathered here to develop in China.It has an irreplaceable role for China’s economic construction.But after the reform and development,the northeast old industrial base of state-owned industrial enterprises gradually decline,the core competitiveness of its business declining.The profit margins of the three state-owned industrial enterprises in Liaoning Province,Jilin Province and Heilongjiang Province are-0.925%,5.707% and 1.661% respectively,The regional economic efficiency of the state-owned industrial enterprises is lower than the national average,and even the phenomenon of negative profits.But with the introduction of the new national policy,The state has provided a lot of policy support,set off a new revitalization of the northeast old industrial base of the tide for the regional state-owned industrial enterprises to enhance the core competitiveness of the new opportunities.This paper summarizes the present situation of the development of state-owned industry in northeast old industrial base,The article analyzes the shortcomings and reasons of its core competitiveness,and compares it with other regions.Combined with the relevant core competitiveness of enterprises theory,this paper analyzes the constituent elements of the core competitiveness of the state-owned industrial enterprises,constructs the comparative evaluation model of the core competitiveness of the state-owned industrial enterprises in the northeast old industrial base,and then evaluates the core competitiveness of the state-owned industries in most of the regions through the relevant data,Comparing and Analyzing the Core Competitiveness of State-owned Industry in Northeast Old Industrial Base Based on the Evaluation Results,The Finally,this paper classifies the state-owned industrial enterprises in the northeast old industrial base according to the evaluation results,then compares and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the core competitiveness,and puts forward the feasible way to improve the path.,Thus promoting the northeast old industrial base of state-owned industrial enterprises rapid and effective development.
