| After 'Made in China 2025',large tire factories had been aware of the importance of intelligent manufacturing.They input giant of funds to start their own intelligent manufacturing and optimize the product structure.However,in China,there are more small and medium-sized enterprises who do not have enough funds,advanced technology and even still in traditional way of production.Facing this,it seems that 'Made in China 2025'had thrown them an even more serious survive problem.C Rubber and Plastic Co.Ltd is the typical example the of small and medium-sized tire manufacturing enterprises in China.It was founded in 1994,Yancheng,Jiangsu province as a small factory.At first,there was only one workshop and three employees.After ten-year development,it finally turned into an enterprise and had its second factory in Shandong province.Now,C Rubber and Plastic Co.Ltd covers 50,000 m2 and owns more 500 employees.Its main products are kinds of small-sized tires.Through collecting company information,reviewing related industry magazines and using strategic management theory and modes,author of this dissertation analyzed current situation,external and internal environment of C Rubber and Plastic Co.Ltd.And after applying SWOT mode,an overall strategic goal---Be the First in the Small-sized Tire Market was set.To accomplish this goal,C Rubber and Plastic Co.Ltd would be better apply low cost and niche market strategy at the same time.Further,in the process of implementation,all departments need to collaborate on the same strategy.Exceptionally,C Rubber and Plastic Co.Ltd is also required to take some security measures.For example,be familiar with rubber price fluctuation,implementing quality management and human resource measures,strengthen marketing ability etc.In the end,this dissertation maybe of help for C Rubber and Plastic Co.Ltd.'s strategy making.And at the same time,be meaningful for other small and medium-sized manufacturing company in the circumstance of 'Made in China 2025'. |
