The Research Of Reformation And Upgrading Of Chinese Marine Fishery From The Perspective Of Structural Reformation Of Supply Front

In the background of reformation of the supply front of agriculture and development of marine economy, this thesis focused on the reformation and upgrading of Chinese marine fishery from the perspective of reformation of the supply front. By classification of marine fishery, this thesis analyzed the supply front of development level and problems of departments of marine fishery. The fishing industry has begun to adjust to the shrinking marine resources and strict marine fishery policies. The marine culture industry has been developing rapidly, replacing fishing industry gradually. The aquatic product processing and service industry showed the low development level. China faced the the shrinking marine resources and unbalanced supply and demand in the markets of production factors and aquatic products.Based on the development status of marine fishery and the data acquired, the thesis built two vector autoregressive models(VAR -? and VAR - ?), which focused on the fishing quantity and marine culture quantity, marine culture quantity and processing quantity respectively. Because the marine fishery has developed and reformed the industrial structure, the models found that the fishing industry and the marine culture industry has developed collaboratively to meet the increasing demand in the first period. And in the second period, the marine culture industry became the major industry. Its over-reaction to the market signals used the aquatic product processing industry as the buffer, leading the processing industry expend passively.The thesis researched the reformation and upgrading of marine fishery in the term of the supply front of production factors and marine products and as a response to the problems of the supply front of marine fishery. It solved these problems by optimizing the structure of marine products supply, by adopting the sustainable production methods, by expanding new industries, by using innovation-driven strategy, by deepening the reformation of system. And it provided some policy suggestion.
