Study On The Development Strategy Of Promoting Ecological Urbanization In The Mountainous Areas Of Southeast Jilin Province

With the establishment of the socialist market economy,the process of urbanization in the southeastern part of Jilin Province has entered a stage of rapid development.At the same time,the urbanization of mountainous areas in the southeastern part of Jilin Province has appeared the problem of low quality and structural imbalance.Mainly in: the role of economic efficiency is not fully play,the dual structure within the town prominent and serious environmental problems,thus restricting the positive development of urbanization in the southeastern part of Jilin Province.Based on this background,this paper reviews the development process and current situation of urbanization in the southeastern part of Jilin Province,and contact Ecology Theory views and the basic theory of urbanization,Put forward the construction of ecological urbanization can promote its healthy development,also it is an effective way to solve this problem.This paper Based on the methods of combine theoretical and empirical research?qualitative and quantitative analysis From the economic,social and ecological development conditions of three aspects,According to the principle of completeness and easy acquisition,the evaluation index system of eco-urbanization development is constructed.According to the fuzzy analysis method,the mountainous area of the southeastern part of Jilin Province has unique ecological foundation,and the development of the people's livelihood is steady,but the economic development is backward.This paper summarizes the evaluation results and the present situation of the mountainous areas in the southeastern,and constructs a SWOT analysis method system for the development of ecological urbanization in the southeastern part of Jilin Province,and analyzes them in detail from the S(Strengths),W(Weaknesses),O(Opportunities)and T(Threats).SWOT analysis method was used to develop the development strategy of ecological urbanization in the southeastern part of Jilin Province,and four development strategies were put forward.This paper has a certain guiding significance for the development of ecological urbanization in the southeastern part of Jilin Province,and provides the decision-making basis for promoting ecological urbanization.
