With the arrival of knowledge-based economy era, the driving force of theGDP growth of developed countries and regions start to transfer frommanufacturing to service, the position of producer service are becomingincreasingly important in economic development. Because of our country'sindustrial structure transition,the present situation of lay particular stress onindustrial development hampered the development of producer services in acertain extent in China. TTherefore, the equipment manufacturing ProducerService Enterprise (Producer Service Enterprise, hereinafter referred to as thePSE) attention should be put on the agenda.T T T TEquipment manufacturing PSEbelongs to knowledge intensiveT T T Tenterprise,and T T T TinnovationT T T Toccupies animportant positionT Tin the development and operation of equipment manufacturingPSET.However, just seeking pure technical or organizational innovation cannotsatisfy the needs of the development of enterprise innovation,and T T Tthe enterpriseshall pursue the synergy of organization and technology innovation to realize theinnovation of equipment manufacturing PSE.T TEquipment manufacturing PSEorganization innovation and technological innovation often exist not harmoniousstate in our country, T T T Ttherefore, how to evaluate the synergy degreeT T of T Tequipmentmanufacturing PSE organizational innovation and technological innovationT T hasimportant significance to strengthening the core competitiveness and promotingour economic development speed on the equipment manufacturing PSE. TThis paper mainly studied the compositon and synergy of organizationalinnovation, the compositon and synergy of technological innovation, Tcoordinatedprocess and synergy degree evaluation of organizational innovation andtechnological innovation.TAnalyzed and combed related research on theorganization innovation,technological innovation and cooperative innovationbetween organization and technological both domestic and foreign firstly,andthen defined the TconstitutionT of organizational innovation and technologicalinnovation system of equipment manufacturing PSE and the framwork oforganizational innovation and technological innovationT by use of contentanalysis and literature review method comprehensively. The paper studied the internal synergy mode and the coordinated process of organizational innovationand technological innovation,and established Degree Of System Synergy Modelof the organizational innovation and technological innovation of equipmentmanufacturing PSE by using synergy theory.Secondly, the paper taking Harbin Power Engineering Company Limited(hereinafter referred to as HPE) as the research object, and discussed the ordereddegree and synergy degree of organizational innovation and technologicalinnovation system.Through the questionnaire survey method,checking theorganizational innovation index system from organization Tstructure, process,strategic, culture and knowledge innovation dimension and checking it fromtechnologycal innovation input,T T T Ttransformation, realization andT adaptationdimension.The article calculate ordered degree values and synergy degree valuesof HPE's organization innovation and technological innovation system by usingthe Degree of System Synergy Model.Finally the article puts forward theorganization innovation and technological innovation cooperative strategy ofequipment manufacturing producer service enterprise and HPE based on thepresent situation of organization innovation and technological innovation systemof equipment manufacturing producer service enterprise widespread in China andthe case analysis conclusion.
