China's pharmaceutical logistics market prospects,the scale of medical circulation was steady growth trend.The rapid development of medical market for the development of pharmaceutical logistics provides a huge space for development and opportunities.Third-party pharmaceutical logistics enterprises to expand the profit source,enhance competitiveness,we must make full use of their own advantages to carry out value-added services.Most of the current third-party pharmaceutical logistics business services from the basic services,value-added services is still lack of development.New policies,new technologies,new opportunities to call the third party pharmaceutical logistics enterprises in value-added services on the innovation,but also call the academic community in the field of research has a new breakthrough.This study uses SWOT and AHP to analyze the third-party pharmaceutical logistics enterprises case,make up for the third-party logistics value-added services in the field of medical detailed case study deficiencies,therefore,third-party pharmaceutical logistics enterprises to provide value-added services to provide reference,with important reality and Theoretical significance.To this end,this study is based on the third party logistics,corporate strategy,value chain,value-added services and other related theories,elaborate the development of third-party pharmaceutical logistics and analysis of the pharmaceutical industry demand for logistics value-added services.Secondly,we analyze the development environment of value-added service of LY company,and establish the concrete strategy of AHP model scientific positioning company through SWOT analysis.Thirdly,through the analysis of the value chain of the pharmaceutical industry,this paper studies the development of value-added services of LY Company,and puts forward the solution to the value-added service development of LY Company in combination with the problems existing in the development of value-added service of LY pharmaceutical logistics company.Finally,make conclusions and prospects.Based on the analysis of LY's development environment,combined with SWOT and AHP analysis,it is concluded that in the development of LY company's development strategy,we should take full account of the factors,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of the factors in the strategic choice of value-added development as the center of competition Type strategy and aggressive strategy,especially around the third-party pharmaceutical logistics company's value-added services development strategy.LY value-added services development there is still a low level of logistics value-added services,supply chain finance development is slow,the information can not be effectively integrated,the integration mechanism has not yet established and e-commerce and other issues.Therefore,this paper puts forward the following strategies for the development of value-added services:First,extend the regular business,enhance the competitiveness;Second,the development of supply chain finance,improve business value-added capacity;Third,integration of pharmaceutical logistics and information,pharmaceutical logistics integration,Fujian first-class third-party pharmaceutical logistics enterprises;four is the development of the fourth party logistics,focus on the future direction of development.The innovation of this research is as follows:(1)The third-party pharmaceutical logistics enterprise case combines the SWOT and AHP analysis to make up the deficiency of the third party logistics value-added service in the field of medical field,analyzes in detail the internal environmental superiority of LY pharmaceutical logistics company,Weaknesses and opportunities and threats to the external environment,the LY company's strategy of developing value-added services.(2)combined with case analysis,designed for LY company in the value chain on the value-added service model for the development of LY value-added services to provide reference.
