With the development of economy and the change of national consumption concept,the renewal speed of automobile products is accelerated,and the generation of used auto parts is increasing year by year.It has become an important issue for the disposal and utilization of used automobiles and their parts.From the perspective of the development of circular economy,remanufacturing the used parts can not only reduce environmental pollution,but also create considerable economic value.However,the number of scrap vehicles actually retrieved in our country is less than half of the total amount of scrap.China is lagging behind in the remanufacturing of used auto parts.Therefore,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study and design a reasonable logistics network for used auto parts.This paper analyzed the present situation and existing problems in auto parts remanufacturing logistics,set up a network model of facility location and vehicle routing optimization.Combined with practical cases to solve the problem,the paper mainly completed the following work.Firstly,the paper expounded the concept of remanufacturing,the characteristics of automobile products and the processing methods of the used auto parts,so as to identify the types of parts that can be used for remanufacturing.Then the operation flow and operation mode of remanufacturing logistics were analyzed,the network structure,node facilities and task division of used auto parts remanufacturing logistics were proposed,and the design flow of remanufacturing logistics network based on location-routing optimization was summarized.Secondly,the location of detection center and the optimization of vehicle route in the remanufacturing logistics network of used auto parts were discussed in detail.In order to reduce the operating cost of the network,the location-routing problem model of multiple detection centers and multiple recovery points with fuzzy recovery was established.The model took the actual situation into account,on the basis of ensuring that the used auto parts were timely processed,the detection center processing capacity and vehicle loading were limited.Then the fuzzy opportunity constraint theory was used to convert the fuzzy recovery into the determined value.Thirdly,in terms of solving the problem,the paper combined the advantages of artificial bee colony algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm,and the Metropolis acceptance criterion in the simulated annealing algorithm was incorporated into the search process of the artificial colony algorithm.From the aspects of parameter setting and solving steps,the ABC-SA hybrid algorithm was designed to solve the location-routing problem.Finally,taking H company as an example,after collecting and processing the relevant data,the ABC algorithm and ABC-SA hybrid algorithm program were compiled on Matlab to solve the case,and the location-distribution scheme and vehicle routing arrangements were obtained at the lowest total cost.By comparative analysis,the validity and superiority of the hybrid algorithm were verified.The research work of this paper provides a new idea of hybrid algorithm for solving location-routing problem,it also has a certain reference value for the construction of used auto parts remanufacturing logistics network.
