JL Automobile Company Service Parts Inventory Management Optimization Scheme Design

In recent years, car ownership in China is a growing trend, leading the market is constantly expanding demand for automotive spare parts. Related data show that as the vehicle profits diminishing, automobile spare parts in the automotive industry has gradually become the largest source of profits. The entire cost of spare parts inventory in the larger part. Thus, for the car companies, reduce spare parts inventory is meaningful.This paper studies the environment in the supply chain to reduce the number of car service parts inventory as a means to achieve the purpose of reducing inventory costs.On the basis of car spare parts inventory characteristics and existing problems of the in-depth analysis, and for these problems proposed optimization scheme. In this paper,JL Motor Company as an example, to improve its service parts management, combined with ABC classification and CVA classification of spare parts has been re-classified. For service parts inventory costs, the establishment of inventory model, and the use of genetic algorithm to obtain the optimal solution.Finally, the actual sample data demonstrate the effectiveness of this optimization program, so as to provide some reference for the optimization of other business-related issues.
