Study On The Influencing Factors Of The Participation Of Migrant Workers' Basic Pension Insurance For Urban And Rural Residents In Huai'an

Recently,more and more farmers go home to work,and returning migrant workers gradually become the main part of China's floating population,playing an increasingly important role in the labor market.The endowment insurance is closely related to the vital interests of migrant workers returning home,which is of great significance to their old life after they leave the labor market.However,the reality is that the proportion of returning migrant workers to participate in basic old-age pension insurance of urban and rural residents is not high,and the participating urban and rural residents' endowment insurance has some prominent problems,such as low level of security and difficulty in transferring,and basic old-age pension insurance of urban and rural residents for returning migrant workers needs to be further improved.This paper takes migrant workers returning to their hometowns as the research object and takes the factors influencing their participation in basic old-age pension insurance of urban and rural residents as the research scope to explore how to improve their basic old-age pension insurance of urban and rural residents participation rate and enjoy better endowment insurance services.This study first clarifies the vicissitude and reality of China's endowment insurance system for migrant workers,and comprehensively USES macro data to grasp the existing problems of returning migrant workers to participate in basic old-age pension insurance of urban and rural residents.Then use descriptive analysis,binary regression analysis data,the research object to study the influence factors of basic old-age pension insurance of urban and rural residents,the following conclusions:professional type and the return time,family economic condition,and marital status,the identity of endowment insurance,knowledge and the monthly payment number as well as government agencies,service of returning migrant workers to participate in the social endowment insurance system has a significant effect.Therefore,this paper makes further conclusions on the endowment insurance system for the returning migrant workers,the policy environment and the migrant workers,and proposes corresponding countermeasures.
