| Along with the development of social economy,the transformation of economic structure,and the more and more severe situation in undergraduates’ job market,entrepreneurial economy has been the important factor of alleviating the undergraduates’ employment pressure and promoting economy sustainable development,and the study on entrepreneurial intention is of great significance to promoting the entrepreneurial behavior.Entrepreneurial self-efficacy is the level of confidence that entrepreneurs have in their entrepreneurial activities,and it has an important effect on entrepreneurial intention.Entrepreneurial outcome expectation could help entrepreneurs to foresee the good results in entrepreneurship,and inspire more entrepreneurial interests.At present,the research on entrepreneurial self-efficacy,entrepreneurial outcome expectation and entrepreneurial intention was less.By carding the current status of entrepreneurial self-efficacy,entrepreneurial outcome expectation and entrepreneurial intention,this study built a relational model of entrepreneurial self-efficacy,entrepreneurial outcome expectation and entrepreneurial intention.It used the empirical analysis to explore the relationship of entrepreneurial self-efficacy,entrepreneurial outcome expectation and entrepreneurial intention.This paper adopted a questionnaire survey and a random sampling method based on undergraduates in Bengbu district.Based on 294 parts of the questionnaire data,it used the empirical analysis by SPSS 17.0 to test hypotheses.It found that the entrepreneurial self-efficacy of undergraduates in Bengbu district could positively predict entrepreneurial intention;Initiative change could positively predict entrepreneurial intention;opportunity identification could positively predict entrepreneurial intention;the relationship between risk exposure and entrepreneurial intention was negative;relationship management could positively predict entrepreneurial intention;entrepreneurial outcome expectation could positively predict entrepreneurial intention;entrepreneurial outcome expectation acted as a partial intermediary in entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial intention;entrepreneurial outcome expectation acted as a partial intermediary in initiative change and entrepreneurial intention;entrepreneurial outcome expectation acted as a partial intermediary in opportunity identification and entrepreneurial intention;entrepreneurial outcome expectation acted as a partial intermediary in risk exposure and entrepreneurial intention;entrepreneurial outcome expectation acted as a fullintermediary in relationship management and entrepreneurial intention. |
