Study On The Investment Risk Of China's Petroleum Enterprises In Central Asia

"Along the way" is the "Silk Road Economic Zone" and "the 21 st century Maritime Silk Road" short,is also China's all-round opening up new strategic concept.With the continuous advance of the "great strategy",the investment of China's petroleum enterprises in Central Asia will be further strengthened.However,due to the weak economic base in Central Asia,frequent changes in economic policies,exchange rate instability,social fluctuation,Central Asian countries are generally too old age leaders,the political situation there is a great instability,therefore,China's oil companies in Central Asia's oil and gas resources investment in the usher in the opportunity at the same time,will face a lot of risk.In the process of risk identification,the author first elaborates the current situation of investment in the Central Asian region of China's petroleum enterprises,and points out the existing problems in the development of oil and gas resources in Central Asia.Through the economic policy risks,political risks,social and cultural risks and other risks This paper analyzes the risk of oil and gas resources investment in Central Asia,uses the environmental analysis method to carry out the risk identification,and constructs the investment risk index system of the Chinese oil enterprises in Central Asia.On the basis of risk identification,this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of investment risk index in Central Asia,and uses the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to quantify the influence degree and risk size of investment risk factors in Central Asia,thus establishing the Chinese oil enterprises in Central Asia Regional investment risk fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model,and carried out empirical analysis.And finally put forward the corresponding preventive measures to the economic policy risks,political risks,social and cultural risks and other risks of investment in Central Asia.It is suggested that China's petroleum enterprises should establish a sense of risk prevention and take various measures to take a proactive approach to the investment risk in Central Asia.
