Research On Production Site Management Optimization Of X Oil Pipe Production Company Based On Lean Production

In this thesis,the application of lean production and its related theory,one of the outstanding problems existing in pipe making enterprises in production management,which attaches great importance to the final product output instead of intermediate products production control problem,resulting in the production process,production takes the product quality control,unstable situation.This situation has become an obstacle to the production of X pipe production site management level,enterprise production costs further reduced,so that enterprises in the domestic and international market price competition at a disadvantage.The application of lean production theory and related methods is one of the effective ways to solve the problem of production site management.The Kanban management,plan method has a linear effect on help improve production site management efficiency,has been widely used in other business enterprises at home and abroad.This thesis adopts the method of literature review,in-depth study of the management of production of X steel pipe manufacturer,the production site management should start from six aspects,from the aspects of production organization procedure pull Kanban management;production planning from aspects of linear planning method of minimum cost theory put forward from the management of equipment verification;seven kinds of new and old method combined to meet the different levels of demand management;from the process of using connection table method to process flow analysis;solve the distribution process of load unbalance phenomenon from the line balance.Both theoretical analysis and practical work confirm the above views.In this thesis,the product quality control and semi product management are analyzed.Techniques and methods of application of lean production to optimize and improve pipe problems of the company on-site production,thereby reducing the number of production of intermediate products,the production management level and the ability to get promoted.
