The Current Situation And Countermeasures For Private Economy Development Of Tianjin

Since the reform and opening up,China’s economy has entered a period of rapid development,the private economy plays an important role in the Chinese market reform and has a pivotal position in the course of China’s economic development.In the day of the 21 Century global economic integration development,the private economy has gradually become an important part of China’s economy and has played a decisive role in stimulating the economic growth.China’s economy maintained a 10 percent annual growth rate after the reform and opening up,and the private economic growth rate even reached 20 percent.Private enterprises also developed from 10 million to more than 10 million now,private capital accounted for about 60 percent of the total social capital.The private economy has becoming an important source of tax revenue of our country and making an important guarantee for expanding domestic demand and increasing employment.It is the main support for technological innovation and the development of science and technology.At this stage,the private economy has become the object which the governments in our country primary supporting and developing,with the great support of Tianjin Municipal Government,the Tianjin private economy develop rapidly in recent years,and the contribution rate of the city’s economic development is increasing.However,from the nationwide angle,the development of Tianjin private economy is still falling behind Beijing,Shanghai and Chongqing.There are still a lot of problems in Tianjin private economy just like the low development scale,the irrational industrial structure,the low sustainable capacity,the low innovation ability,hard to finance for enterprises,poor services of the governments.This paper consults the famous scholar literature of our country,reviews the development of Tianjin private economy and introduces its development situation.Analysis the achieved achievements and problems currently facing of Tianjin private economy in recent years,with the methods of comparative study,case study,analysis,summary,using "Su Nan model","Wenzhou model","Pearl River Delta mode","Qingpu mode ","ZhongGuanCun "experience,summed up that Tianjin should do something in four aspects contain optimize the development of Tianjin private economy from the scientific formulate development planning,improve the industrial layout,improve the environment of private development,put forward the policy recommendations to strengthen private enterprise internal construction in the five historical opportunity.
