With the stunning accomplishments China Aerospace Science and Technology Corporation(CASC)has continuously achieved,the international environment intensifies the lockdown on the core of high-tech integrated circuits of China.With regard to national security,the country poses the request of “autonomous control on the core elements”.Under this circumstance,the localization of integrated circuits for Aerospace Model Engineering Project has become increasingly pressing.The domestic development of relative components has entered a crucial stage where basic-level matching has been raised to model researching.However,the increased number of projects and the compressed demanding schedule has caused massive delay of the projects among enterprises.Based upon the analysis,the conflicts between different links and resources were found to be the major reason that caused the delay.The increasing demands of applying models do not meet the needs of the administrative reality of current domestic integrated circuits projects.Thus,it is significantly meaningful to propose a set of administrative methodologies suitable for the research of integrated circuits for Aerospace Model Engineering Project to transform the formal pattern of model management.Through specific analyses the management characteristics and its research schedule of Aerospace Model Engineering Project and integrated circuits research,the existing problems in the administrative scheduling of the integrated circuits in Aerospace Model Engineering Project were revealed,which posed the necessary changes,including the methodology and possible amelioration in terms of process management as well as the improvement plan based on technology of critical chain method.The design of the plan combines the process of integrated circuits research and the relevant improvement mechanism were proposed with regards to organization settings,plan scheduling,process monitoring,including defining the activities by the WBS method,ranking the activities by methods of synchronous engineering,estimating the time by the combination of professional judgments and analogic estimation,planning the activities by critical chain method based on the thoughts of resource restraints,and establishing a set of process managing methods with high efficiency and dynamics.In the end,the thesis verifies the validity of the improvement through the application examples of the MXT corporation research projects.During the whole research process,the problems of whether the theory of project management adapts to a special industry was solved.Therefore,it improves the comprehensive management abilities of integrated circuits in Aerospace Model Engineering Project businesses,increases the benefits of an enterprise,and provides satisfying products and service.
