The Research Of The Engineering Scheduling Management In Medical Device Development Project Of S Project In LK Company

With the development of the technological and the need for market competition,new product development draws more and more attention from enterprises,as new products can help enterprises to win a bigger market and get more profits.The capability of new product development has become an important criterion of enterprise's core competence.Research and development is an important way for enterprise to obtain the core competitiveness,and give enterprise energy to develop.However,new product development needs complex technical and management work.If one or more aspects of the problem,it will cause the project schedule delay,or even the entire project failed.So,scheduling management is very important to a new project.It's an important content of project management.According to the combination of theory and practice,this paper is based on reading many related theoretical works and management documents of LK company's medical equipment develop project management and participating in medical equipment R&D process.Analyze the problems in the management of LK company's R&D project management,and then uses the tools of modern project scheduling management to develop the pathology equipment.It includes the use of Work Breakdown Structure(WBS)to define the activities of R&D projects.The method of analogy and three-point estimation method are used to estimate the activity duration,and the project schedule is developed by using Gantt chart and critical chain method.At the same time in the project implementation progress monitoring,risk management and corrective measures.Using visual management to monitoring daily management.During studying LK company's R&D project scheduling management,summarize the current scheduling management method and then make an improvement in the new project.To make LK company's R&D project management more flexible and provide some reference to company's other projects.
