Research On The Bank Risk Management Of The Supply Chain Finance Based On The E-Commerce Platform

Supply chain finance,as a breakthrough in solving the financing difficulties of small enterprises,has been promoted by the commercial banks since 2006,while Ping-An Bank taking the lead in the supply of financial business.In the era of information,e-commerce is booming,and increasing numbers of small enterprises are using the e-commerce platform for online trade.Although the enterprises are enjoying the acceleration of the "information flow",they are still facing the shortage of capital.Then the large e-commerce enterprises cooperate with banks or other financial institutions and set foot in the Supply Chain Financial business.It has promoted the supply chain financial business going from offline to online.The development of supply chain finance based on E-commerce platform has become the trend.On the basis of the existing research,this paper studies the related topics of supply chain finance on the E-commerce platform,after examining a large number of the practice of supply chain financial business on the market,this paper expounds the influence of the participation of e-commerce platform on supply chain finance,and the present situation of supply chain finance in China.Then it summarizes the advantages of supply chain finance based on electricity supply platform.The research on the financial risk of the supply chain based on the electricity supply platform is still scarce.Based on the requirements of the Basel Ⅱ Capital Accord,the paper defines some new risk factors of the supply chain finance which under the e-commerce environment.Then it establishes a risk evaluation index table considering the characteristics of the supply chain financial risk on the platform.Afterwards,this paper uses the analytic hierarchy process to calculate the weight of the index,and constructs the risk assessment table of the supply chain financial business based on the electricity platform.Finally,this paper summarizes the shortcomings of the current bank-leading financial risk control system,and puts forward some measures in financing subject’s credit risk control,the supply chain operation risk management and the asset market risk control under the transaction.This paper systematically studies the risk identification,evaluation and management of supply chain finance on the E-commerce platform.The risk assessment table provides a theoretical basis for the supply chain financial online risk evaluation.At the same time,the research on the supply chain risk management based on the e-commerce platform has certain practical significance for the bank which carry out the supply chain financial business online.
