Knowledge sharing is an important link of enterprise knowledge management,it is also a necessary way to transform personal knowledge into the collective knowledge.Although personal knowledge is the survival fundamental for employees in the organization,can manifest the value of individual work,but if personal knowledge can't be exchanged and shared,it is hard to realize the value-added of knowledge.In the background of knowledge economy,the enterprise demand for knowledge is significantly higher than once upon a time,the knowledge sharing can promote the fusion of knowledge and culture of organization,keep a harmonious atmosphere and to speed up the flow of knowledge within the organization,the staff improve yourself ability at the same time also for the whole enterprise continuously inject vitality and creativity,make the enterprise still remain competitive this moment.As a result,the knowledge sharing has become one of enterprise managers especially attaches importance to organizational behavior.However,in the process of knowledge sharing within the organization will inevitably lead to knowledge of the communication process because of various factors hinder the role.How these factors acting on knowledge sharing process,how these factors to influence the main body of knowledge sharing,and how to overcome these obstacles,as far as possible minimize obstacles impact,make the enterprise managers have to focus on and thinking about the reality of the problem.In the enterprise knowledge staff usually work on mental work to create value,in the daily work of the importance of knowledge and use of knowledge frequency is much higher than other types of employees,at the same time it is to maintain effective operation of enterprises and maintain key members of the enterprise innovation ability.In order to improve the efficiency of enterprise knowledge management,create a good atmosphereorganize of knowledge sharing,and improve the utilization of knowledge in the enterprise operation and value,this research combine theoretical and empirical analysis,take knowledge staff as the object of study,explore the psychological distance to intend to research the influence of knowledge staff knowledge sharing.In the process of research,this paper summarizes a large number of literature about psychological and knowledge sharing,define the concept of knowledge staff,psychological distance,knowledge sharing intention and its various dimensions involved concept,laid the theoretical basis of this research;Secondly,draw lessons from the international trade and social psychological distance in interpersonal communication,according to the actual research background of this study,this paper could be divided psychological distance into professional background distance,region cultural distance,power distance and expectation distance,and according to the division mode before,this study divid knowledge sharing intention into knowledge delivery intention and knowledge reception intention,in the related research conducted on the theoretical basis of analysis and derivation,put forward a series of assumptions about relationship between psychological distance and knowledge sharing intention,in order to further explore the influence of the relationship between each dimension;The next,design questionnaire on the basis of maturity scale developed by previous scholars,take knowledge members of enterprises,institutions and institution of higher lerning as the subject of investigation,conduct questionnaires and statistics;Finally,through the analysis of statistics using SPSS 18.0,for example,descriptive statistical analysis,correlation analysis,unary linear regression analysis,multiple linear regression analysis and so on,this paper mainly drew these following conclusions:(1)The gender,age,level of education on the knowledge employee has no significant impact on knowledge sharing intentions;(2)The work position has a significant influence on knowledge sharing intention of the knowledge-type employees.The working status has no significant effect on knowledge reception intention,but it has significant influence on knowledge delivery intention;(3)The psychological distance to knowledge staff knowledge sharing intention has significant negative effects.Verified and concluded that the four dimensions of psychological distance,that is professional background distance,region cultural distance,power distance and expectation distance,has significant negative effects on knowledge delivery intention and knowledge reception intention,Among them,region cultural distance has the strongest impact on knowledge delivery intention,and expectation distance has the lightest impact on knowledge reception intention.Based on the conclusion,this study aimed at the current problems in the enterprise knowledge management proposed countermeasures are put forward.First of all,reasonable control of the professional background and regional culture background difference of organization members;Secondly pay attention to the power allocation in the organization;Finally to take the appropriate incentive method meet the expectations of employees,improve the possibility of knowledge sharing;In addition to these,enterprises should also pay close attention to staffs state of mind,from the psychological point of view of employee to improve the efficiency of knowledge management.
