The rapid development of economy and the increasingly fierce market competition makes innovation become the core competitiveness of enterprises,and the innovation is based on enterprise knowledge management,through the realization of knowledge management knowledge collection,integration,sharing,transformation and innovation of new knowledge.The knowledge sharing is the core of knowledge management because knowledge,especially tacit knowledge is implicit,monopoly,complexity and is not easy to express;And the owner of knowledge has social attribute,sharing behavior is impacted by sharing cost,sharing ability,sharing environment and other aspects;Therefore enterprises need to provide a variety of methods,to create a good environment for knowledge sharing,motive owner of knowledge can actively participate in knowledge sharing and realize the transformation of knowledge.In this paper,according to the theory of knowledge sharing and related research results,analysis of S company through the sharing of knowledge and knowledge management,summarizes the main factors hindering the sharing of knowledge and reason;then,base on the actual situation of S company,from the knowledge sharing platform,humanistic culture and incentive mechanism,to put forward the strategies to improve the knowledge sharing,and using the method of questionnaire to clarify the priority of improvement measures to make knowledge sharing plan.
