Knowledge sharing has become the general trend of the development of individuals, organizations, and society, and it is the only way that knowledge can exert its maximum value.Especially in the context of the era of knowledge economy, the value demand for knowledge by enterprises is far greater than before. In the process of transforming into collective knowledge, not only the value of individuals is enhanced, but also the integration of knowledge and culture within the organization, and the continuous input of vitality and innovation for the enterprise. However,in the process of knowledge transmission and transfer,it is inevitable that individuals and The influence of environmental factors has reduced the willingness and efficiency of knowledge sharing. So how exactly these factors affect knowledge sharing and how to minimize these effects has become an unavoidable problem for contemporary enterprises. This research is based on the theory of social exchange and cognitive theory, and builds a theoretical research model to explore the mechanism of psychological distance's impact on knowledge sharing. It is rooted in the trust atmosphere of the organization and the fair environment of the organization.First, this studyuses the literature induction method to sort out the definitions, dimensions, measurements, and relationships between variables of psychological distance, trust, organizational fairness, and knowledge sharing. After laying the theoretical foundation for this research, the research theoretical model is constructed.Put forward research hypotheses, and then collected a total of 319 valid employee questionnaires through a questionnaire survey method. Then, using SPSS24.0 and AMOS24.0 data analysis software, through discrimination validity test, confirmatory factor analysis, analysis of variance,T Testing, regression analysis, and Bootstrap resampling techniques verify the research model, and finally draw the following conclusions:(1)Psychological distance has a negative predictive effect on trust and knowledge sharing;that is,a larger psychological distance can inhibit the formation of trust within the organization and the occurrence of employees' knowledge sharing behavior;(2)Trust has a positive impact on knowledge sharing, and trust plays a partial mediating effect in the negative predictive effect of psychological distance on knowledge sharing.(3)The direct effect of psychological distance on knowledge sharing is significantly weaker than the indirect effect produced by trust.Previous studies have failed to compare the strength of this direct and indirect effect, and this paper uses Bootstrap resampling for the analysis of mediation effect tests. The method makes the common influence mechanism of psychological distance and trust on knowledge sharing clearer.(4)When organizational fairness is a global variable,as the degree of organizational fairness decreases, the impact of trust on knowledge sharing becomes weaker;however,it is found in the triple adjustment that only in the high-procedural fairness group, when the degree of fairness of distribution is higher, the trust The stronger the impact of knowledge sharing.According to the conclusions, this article puts forward the following suggestions on how contemporary enterprises can improve the knowledge sharing of employees in the organization:First,we should always pay attention to the psychological distance between employees to reduce uncertainty;second, strengthen the internal trust of the organization and eliminate interpersonal barriers Finally, strengthen fair institutional management, improve the knowledge sharing system, and ultimately improve the overall level of knowledge sharing within the organization.
