Abstract/Summary:
With the inprovement of service in financial system and the development of the customer’s needs-oriented products in banking field,we have achieved a lot in this aspect.However,As a result of economy,Some problems still stick out with includes unbalanced financial service between developed areas and developing areas,Serious backwardness in western parts compared with Eastern parts,annoying shortage of financial service in countryside in comparation of cities.<The third 5-year outline of the development on economy and society in China>has claimed exactly:it’s necessary to set up a comprehensive banking system bearing muti levels,widetange and difference,and it’s also a essential step to enlarge the propotion of capital,develop a finance which benefit public and pay more attention to enhance the service aimed at middle and small-sized enterprses,towns and especially poor areas.From what I have mentioned above,It’s not hard to conclude that narowing the gap between cities and towns is an important task of “The third 5-years project”.Since the development of financial service is backward,the financial products in towns are simple,the shortage of banking service is obvious,the capital of town starts to go to more developed places,It’s really a painstaking task to solve this problem.therefore,the government should take the responsibility to lead the commercial bank support countryside under the guidance of favorable policy,as well as form a financial system sitable for towns,so as to balance the development of cities and towns.This paper mainly adopts the method of empirical research,combining theory and practice,field visits,agriculture related financial institutions in Xinyu conducted a questionnaire survey of residents in villages and towns area of Xinyu City,combining with the questionnaire results to analyze the status quo of rural financial services in Xinyu City,Xinyu City,township found that lack of financial services is mainly manifested in the insufficient supply and supply the imbalance,specific performance of rural financial institutions outlets missing,missing products lack of farmers’ credit needs of rural financial credit ability and the lack of normative informal finance.Analysis of the reasons for the lack of financial services,including the internal and external two factors,the specific reasons for financial institutions profit hedging,financial product innovation fatigue,farmer quality to be improved,policy support,lack of rural government subsidies and insufficient rural financial laws need to be improved.Through reading a lot of literature to learn advanced township financial service modelsof the United States,Japan,Bangladesh,combined with the advanced experience of developed areas of our country,learn from their advanced experience,to strengthen the cooperation of government departments,finance,legal system and rural insurance effect,put forward the improvement of township financial services in Xinyu,suggestions are as follows: perfecting rural finance the service system,increase rural financial product innovation and promotion and create a favorable financial environment.The orientation of the development of township financial service system is perfect to improve the coverage of financial services,clear Agricultural Bank and guide informal financial norm management;increase the innovation of township financial products and increase rural financial product development and innovation,and vigorously promote the rural financial services,improve the rural financial payment settlement and increase financial services to create propaganda in rural areas;good financial ecological environment is to improve the rural financial supporting laws and regulations,strengthen the construction of rural credit guarantee system,establish the compensation mechanism of rural insurance risk and strengthen the government’s guidance and support.
