Research On Path Effect And Mechanism Of Technology Innovation In High Energy Consumption Enterprises

Recently,Xi Jinping,the general secretary of China,proposed that "innovation was the key to all growth" on the G20 summit held in Hangzhou,which was recognized by world leaders.General secretary Xi is always emphasizing that innovation should been placed at the heart of national development,and continue to promote theoretical innovation,institutional innovation,technology innovation,cultural innovation and other aspects,so that the whole society will become common practice in innovation.Visibly,innovation has played an important position in national development.At the same time,facing the global energy crisis,guidelines for China's"Eleventh Five-Year Plan" proposed target of "optimization of production structure,improvement of efficiency and reduction of consumption;significantly improvement of resource utilization efficiency;20%lower of energy consumption per unit of GDP than at the end of the Tenth Five-Year".And eventually thousands of businesses complete 106.2%of the target of "Eleventh Five-Year",which was two years ahead of completion of the "Eleventh Five-Year" task,laid a solid foundation for the emission reduction targets of "Twelfth Five-Year".Therefore,it is necessary to evaluate the effect of technological innovation path of high energy consumption enterprises.Firstly,the study of domestic and international technological innovation path has found that researchers on the evaluation of the effect of innovation path is relatively scarce.Therefore,on the theoretical basis of technological innovation theory,technological innovation diffusion theory and effect-theory,this paper will conducts evaluation studies on the effect of technological innovation path of high energy consumption enterprises.Secondly,putting Electric Porcelain Enterprise of Pingxiang City,one of the enterprises among "million enterprises energy saving action" as a case,the paper learned the company had introduced the introduction innovative path,independent innovation path,and cooperative innovation path through questionnaires.Then,using Delphi method to establish evaluation index system,and the analytic hierarchy process to evaluate effects and comprehensive effect of technology innovation path of Pingxiang electric porcelain enterprise on economic,energy saving,social and environmental.Finally,this paper discusses the action mechanism of introduction innovation path,independent innovation path,cooperative innovation path,and also proposed countermeasures comments on path optimization of technology innovation for high energy consumption enterprises.Through research,the main conclusions drawn in this paper are as follows:(1)The technology innovation type of Electric Porcelain enterprise of Pingxiang City includes introduction innovation,independent Innovation,and cooperative Innovation.With different technology innovation path,Electric Porcelain enterprise of Pingxiang City will gets a different synthetical effect.The numeric comparisons is:introduction innovation path(85.15)>cooperative innovation path(82.23)>independent innovation path(78.58).Different technology innovation path all have a"good" effect value on environmental dimensions,which illustrates that electrical porcelain enterprises adopting technical innovation play a facilitating role to improve the local environment.Specifically,Electrical porcelain enterprises with introduction innovation path have "good" effect value on economic,energy saving,social and environmental levels;effect value of independent innovation path on economic,energy saving and social is far less than the value on the environmental dimension;effect value of cooperative innovation path on economic level is less than the value on the other three levels.(2)Different technological innovation path has different mechanism of action to the technical performance and income of enterprises,but they all have own strengths.(3)Government should offer policy support to high energy consumption enterprises,includes encouragement of technology innovation,energy-saving incentives should be appropriate,promotion of collaborative innovation and strengthen the cooperation between enterprises,guidance of government for resource integration and establishment of an effective technological innovation service system and so on.(4)Electric Porcelain enterprise of Pingxiang City should improve synthetical effects from their own,including establishment of an appropriate system for technological innovation within the company,improvement of investment on technology innovation and emphasis on independent innovation,correctly handling the relationship between technological innovation path and so on.
