Hi-tech enterprise supported by advanced technologies, with characteristics knowledge-intensive, technology-intensive, personnel-intensive, capital-intensive. Technology innovation capability is the core competitiveness of high-tech enterprises, and whatever they depend on their own technology innovation capability. Therefore, conduct profound study to innovation capability of hi-tech has important theoretical and practical significance.First, the thesis presents the necessity and importance of capability assessment, then defines the hi-tech enterprise, analyses and summarizes the ex-and-internal factors to the enterprise. The hi-tech enterprise engages in innovation activities for maximizing value incremental. The out-put of hi-tech enterprises are divided into tangible and intangible value-add, and the tangible includes products and service, tangible intellectual capital. Through questionnaires and information analysis, the hi-tech enterprise technological innovation capability evaluation index system was founded by technology innovation input, R&D and output, combined with management, marketing and external environment.Through practical research to obtain technology innovation data from a typical company, with the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method, ongoing research has been done with indicators data processing and analysis of evaluation results.
