Research On Social Impact Assessment Of Land Remediation Project Based On Structural Equation Model

The State Council issued National agricultural modernization program(2016-2020)in Octorbor 20,2016.This program proposed that the state would improve the level of sustainable development of Agriculture and implement the strictest protection system of cultivated land and adhere to the cultivated land red line of 20 million mu and vigorously implement rural land remediation and so on.As a complex system engineering,land remediation plays an important role in promoting the rational use of land resources,improving land use efficiency and increasing the effective area of cultivated land.At present,although there were many studies on the evaluation of cultivated land protection and economic impact about impacting assessment of land remediation,there were few studies on the impact of land remediation project on society.This paper intended to establish the social impact assessment system of land remediation project,and took the city as an example to evaluate the social impact of land remediation project.In this paper,the structural equation model method was used to evaluate the social impact of land remediation project.First,establishing the evaluation index system of social impact of land remediation.The index system was divided into five aspects: social economy,social environment,social risk,social adaptability,natural environment and ecological civilization which totally 28 evaluation indexes.Then on this basis,taking Gao An city as an example.Firstly,SPSS was used to analyze the reliability and validity of the evaluation index,and then the structural equation model was established,finally through the analysis of the measurement model and the original theoretical model,the conclusion was drawn.The results of this paper were as follows.First,in this paper,the overall fitting degree of the SEM was high,so it was feasible to apply to the social impact assessment of land remediation project.(5)Second,the top three indicators of land remediation project on the social impact were population changes,industrial structure and new farmland which the values of path system were respectively 0.918,0.865,and 0.855.The least affected were about ownership and Agricultural production and living conditions,which thevalues of path system were respectively 0.531 and 0.627.Through comprehensive analysis,land remediation project was beneficial to adjust the industrial structure,promote the growth of per capita GDP and increase the cultivated area,but it was unfavorable for the loss of young people in rural areas and so on.Third,the influence of social economy had a positive impact on social environment and natural environment were 0.776 and 0.501(the larger the value of the path between latent variables,the greater the degree of influence).Social adaptability had a positive impact on the social environment,natural environment and ecological civilization,which the values of path system were respectively 0.337 and 0.574.Social risk had a positive impact on social environment and social economy,which the values of path system were respectively 0.412 and 0.574.Fourth,the social impact of land remediation project had a positive impact on the five latent variables.The degree of influence from large to small were social and economic impact,social risk,social environment,social adaptability,natural environment and ecological civilization.
