The Study Of Satisfaction Of Farmers In Land Requisition Compensation Based On Structural Equation Modeling

The issue of land acquisition continues to be hot and difficult problems of our society in recent years. With the continuous improvement of China’s urbanization rate, land acquisition activities are very frequent, resulting more and more complex conflicting interests and conflicts. The drawbacks of the existing land requisition system gradually exposed, land expropriation system reform is imperative, the compensation for land acquisition system reform is an important aspect of the land expropriation system reform, as compensation recipients, the landless peasants satisfaction, is considered an important indicator of the success of the compensation policy, is also an important basis to further improve the policy.Through study the theory of compensation for land acquisition and public services, use structural equation model, draw on the classic customer satisfaction index, on the basis of the literature reading and research interviews, this paper established Peasants’ Satisfaction Index of the compensation for land acquisition. The model consists of Peasants expected, Perceived quality, Perceived value, Compensate allocation, Compensate way, Compensate procedure, Peasants satisfied and Peasants trust the eight latent variable, and each latent variable corresponding observed variables. Peasants satisfied is the core of the model, to form a complete chain of causality.This paper researched in Changde City which more representative in the medium-sized city in central China,9towns (streets) and21villages (communities) as a sample survey area. Questionnaire design principles are clear objectives and clear, logical, easy to understand, easy to handle and of moderate length. Scale choosed the itemized rating scale. Observed variables do some adjustments based on household interviews in Dongjiao Town, Huangmuguan Village, in order to make the farmers understand easier. Pre-issuance and official release of questionnaires got well tested data.To analyze the results of the model obtained the following conclusions:Peasants expected does the whole process of the compensation for land acquisition and produces a broad impact, constitutes the basic driving force of satisfaction, but not profound impact; in the factor of Perceived quality, Compensate allocation and Compensate way to Perceived quality is very significant, and Compensate procedure is relatively weaker; Perceived quality and Perceived value are very significant impact on the Peasants satisfied, of which Perceived value is the most significant impact, the factor of Perceived quality impact Peasants satisfied through Perceived quality; Peasants satisfied very significant impact on Peasants trust. Finally, combined with the results of model, put forward policy proposals on the reform of the compensation for land acquisition system.
