The Study Of HK Company Supply Chain Integration

With the change of market environment,the upgrading of consumer demand as well as diversification of market competitors,the traditional enterprise development model is in urgent need of change,transformation and upgrading imminent.In many effective ways and means,supply chain management and integration,as an innovative business model,is being paid more and more attention by the academic and business circles.By the supply chain integrating on resources inside and outside,processes,functions and so on,Centering on the core enterprise and optimizing the allocation of supply chain resources,can effectively reduce supply chain operating costs,enhance the overall operational performance and core competitiveness,accelerate the pace of transformation and upgrading of traditional enterprises.As a provincial salt industry circulation enterprise,HK Company is changing from a traditional salt wholesalers to a modern commerce circulation enterprise.This paper takes the HK company as an example from the perspective of supply chain integration on the basis of theoretical analysis,analyzes the HK company's supply chain management situation,finds out the main problems and causes,then establishes the implementation strategy of the supply chain integration,including products integration,suppliers integration,channels integration and information system integration,finally puts forward the safeguard measures.This paper proposes that according to the strategic orientation and development stage,enterprise's product integration should focus on its main business,following the principle of "less is more";the supplier integration should build a scientific system of classification,evaluation,selection and performance management about suppliers,and move towards the supplier integration,finally establishing strategic partnership;Channels integration must adhere to the flat thinking and improve the terminal control ability;To establish a unified,open information system platform can improve the strength and effectiveness of supply chain integration.This paper adopts the method of combining theory and practice,begins with the review of the literature retrieval and theory,studies the basic theory of supply chain and supply chain integration,and then takes a case study on HK company,through choosing and key links and fields to be improved of supply chain,establishes a relatively complete solutions of supply chain integration,has certain practical value for which provides support and help for HK company supply chain integration,also provides some thinking and references for the domestic traditional circulation enterprises of salt industry.
