Research On The Development Of New Energy Vehicle Industry In China

Non-renewable energy is an important strategic resource for each country,especially the oil resource.China is rich in resources with a large area of territory.But China is lack of many non-renewable resources except the coal.What's more,China has a large consumption in resources with a great population,now the dependence on foreign in oil resource has reached the red warning line,at about 60%,and triggering the energy security issues.And the environmental problems caused by the consumption of traditional energy,it's imminent to adjust current energy consumption structure.Under the background of global energy shortage,many countries are actively develop new energy vehicles.China is not left behind,new energy vehicle industry is listed as one of the emerging industries and been focused to develop.The essay is starting from the basic concept of the new energy vehicles,and introduces the main kind vehicle types.Next,it analyzes the necessity of new energy development in China from three aspects,which are low-carbon economy,shortage of non-renewable energy and environmental problems.Then I use PEST analysis to research the good factors which are conducive to the new energy vehicle development in domestic environment.Followed with the summary of new energy vehicle development status in both international and domestic market.I find out that China has become the world fastest development country in this field.However,behind the rapid development,some problems like supporting policies' imperfect,basic facilities' lag behind,lack of core technology and low consumers' acceptance are hinder the healthy development of the industry.In order to solve these outstanding problems,I analyzes the development of new energy vehicle in the United States and Japan.This part is generalized from four aspects,which are industry policy,production and technology,promotion and basic infrastructure.Then combined with situation of China,some suggestions stand in the perspective of government and enterprise are presented.Suggestions are mainly about to solve the problems and promote the healthy development of domestic new energy vehicles.
