The rapid development of information technology has profoundly changed people's daily life,and also makes the urban space has undergone unprecedented changes.Electronic commerce is one of the most important changes.In recent years,with the development of virtual technology,electronic commerce will also move towards a higher level of business type-virtual business,which will be a huge breakthrough in the physical and traditional electronic commerce.The electricity era of virtual commerce will bring what impact on physical commerce,and what changes will occur in the real business?What planning strategies that city planning should be adopted to respond to changes in virtual commerce?These are the problems that urban development is facing and need to deal with in a long time.This paper firstly studies the application of virtual reality technology,commercial space theory and research progress at home and abroad,as the theoretical basis of this study aiming at these problems.Then from the three angles of shopping space,dining space,leisure and entertainment space as the breakthrough point,this paper studies the development trend of these business forms in the background of virtual business.Virtual commerce has obvious substitution and enhancement function to the traditional city shopping space,and makes the entity commercial space to the virtualization and the experience transformation,and shopping space location changes;The dining space will be more flexible because of the impact of virtual business and enterprise information construction is more focused,improving the logistics and distribution requirements.Virtual business has blurred the boundaries of urban leisure space,promoted the leisure of physical space,the virtual space of leisure space and personalized.The impact of virtual business on the entity comerce is also the impact on people's daily travel and spending habits.The advantage of virtual business is to reduce the distance between consumers and businesses,and to provide consumers with goods and services in the virtual environment behavior interaction and highly simulation of perception.This paper further studies the influence mechanism of virtual business on urban commercial space,and sums up the three modes of action of virtual commerce to urban commercial space,which is substitution,complementation and enhancement.It is found that the future commercial space organization in the city is the existence of the entity business and virtual business.The distribution of physical commerce in space will be the coexistence of centralization and decentralization,and the overall decentralization of local concentration.Based on the analysis of the location of urban commercial space under the influence of virtual business,this paper puts forward the urban planning strategies and suggestions from the aspects of spatial pattern,land use layout,traffic organization and flexible guidance mechanism in order to grasp the future development trend of the city,seize the opportunity of urban development,to prepare for the city to respond to the impact of the wave of information.
