Tianjin Zhongchuang Space Development Research

"Marker Space" as the major driving force of promoting social progress and technical innovation,has become one of the important contents of the National Innovation System.After the emergence of "Marker Space",all parts of the country have been actively developing the "Maker Space" with rich local characteristics.Government,market and enterprises also participated in the construction and cultivation of the "Maker Space" in different ways and forms.They strive to make the"Maker Space" a creative model to achieve sustainable development.However,with the deepening of the work of the "Maker Space",some problems occur during the development process of the "Marker Space",such as the responsible subject and profit model is unclear and the service platform of innovation and entrepreneur is incomplete.How to solve the abovementioned problems and how to create a sustainable "Marker Space" are of great significance.In this paper,the Tianjin public space as the object of study,from the perspective of innovation theory and the public mode,select the success of different models of typical cases,analysis of the different modes of public development space,development mechanism differences,Tianjin maker space for the future development of targeted recommendations.The paper starts from four aspects:Firstly,it explains the development stage of incubator in Tianjin.By comparing the traditional incubator,the new incubator and the public space,it explains the current situation,classification and the main development mode of Tianjin maker space,Secondly,the case study of Tianjin maker space is carried out,and by using the method of field investigation,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the space development of Tianjin Zhongchuang,and sums up the core problems.TjAb,JiuAn wisdom and healthy public space,and analyzes its development mechanism and internal and external environment.At last,the author puts forward some feasible countermeasures and suggestions to solve the space problem.At the present stage,the "Marker Space" in Tianjin mainly has two modes.One is the service model of building the innovative startups platform,the other is the internal incubator mode within companies.The "Marker Space" as a platform for innovation and entrepreneurship activities,brought together a large number of social innovation energy.The development of "Marker Space" should adhere to the Government's macro-control,the development of market-oriented business development principles,and at the same time make constant improvement so as to achieve its sustainable development.
