| With the rapid development of social economy, and businesses have realized that it is meaningful to develop the innovation and technological innovation in nowadays. It is significant to keep advanced technology and innovative talents in the competition, especially for the equipment manufacturing enterprises. Equipment manufacturing industry is an important manifestation of comprehensive national power and defense capability, and also have a relationship with a country’s future trends. Talent development, management and incubation is the core issue for equipment manufacturing industry. Therefor the country and equipment manufacturing industry should pay more attention to incubation of innovative talent.It is very important to support the innovative personnel construction of equipment manufacturing, especially in technical personnel training which related to improvement in the overall quality of China’s equipment manufacturing industry. Facing the fierce competition in technology and market, many equipment manufacturing enterprises put thier focus on the strategic reserve of talents.Therefore, more and more equipment manufacturing enterprises emphasis on incubation innovation personnel, put human resources strategy as the focus in future development. How to establish reasonable and perfect innovative talents incubation mechanism and use of scientific methods to evaluate their ability which could promote the development of equipment manufacturing enterprises.Based on the theory about equipment manufacturing enterprises and innovative talents incubation.This thesis mainly research on connotation of innovative talents and process of the incubation, elaborate and build factor model on ability of innovation talents incubator. Then this thesis build an innovation talent incubator evaluation index system.combining with the evaluation of structural equation methods, have empirical analysis on innovation talent incubator evaluation of NYEJ equipment manufacturing enterprise. This study involves the management, economics, statistics and other related theories, and mathematical methods of econometrics and other applications. There are six chapters as followed:The introduction of thesis is in the chapter one. It introduced the facts and meanings of the thesis. It reviewed literatures. It contained the contents and methods. For the chapter two, there was theoretical study. It studied the concept and characteristics on equipment manufacturing enterprises and innovative talents incubation and elaborate on process of the incubation. Chapter three was build an ability of incubation factor mode in innovative talents. Chapter four was evaluation index system and means of evaluation. Guiding by evaluated principals, this papaer discuss the evaluation index system from three aspects including Input, transform and output in innovative talents incubation. Meanwhile, it choose the SEM as the evaluation method. Chapter five was the empirical research. Based on questionnaire analysis, this thesis analyzed talent incubation index path on innovative talents incubation of NYEJ equipment manufacturing enterprise. There are conclusions for this thesis in the chapter six and it also looked forward to the further study. |
