With the rapid development of the Internet and related informationtechnology,nowadays,many manufacturers use online technology to engage indirect sales.Our model focuses on the strategic role played by the retail services and online channel delivery leadtime in a dual-channel competitive market,and examine coordinate of the dual channel supply chain.The manufacturer as a leader,the retailer as a follower,by Stahlberg game research,service and delivery under the influence of double channel conflict in advance,and the coordination of channel conflict.Firstly,considering the impact of service and delivery time of the dual channel supply chain.Secondly,based on the distribution of single channel,integration dual channel,three channel dual channel integrated comparative model,reasonable use of the service and delivery time factors to enhance the profits of the supply chain.Finally,channel conflict with the wholesale price contract to produce integrated coordination of dual channel supply chain.The study found that,first,the manufacturer to increase the network channels to take dual channel marketing products,to a certain extent,can improve the profits of the whole supply chain.Second,retailers improve service,online retailers to short the delivery time can increase customer satisfaction,so that the supply chain's profit increases.Third,the manufacturer and the retailer integrated dual channel which is independent of each other,the two channels will have a channel conflict,but the integration of the dual channel supply chain manufacturers and integrated entity retailers and online retailers have no channel conflict,is a kind of optimized double channel structure;fourth,the wholesale price contract preliminary solve channel conflict integrated dual channel,in order to further eliminate double marginal utility enables manufacturers and retailers to win,using the two part tariff contract and interests based on the wholesale price contract on sharing Contract coordination.The results are meaningful and practical for the channel conflict in the supply chain environment.
