As the increasingly competitive market economy and accelerated technical progress, when product quality being promised and price being accepted. Customers changes theirs'consumer values significantly in the structure of demand to a higher level.One is for the product of different specifications, color variety, the demand for the number of diversified and personalized requirements and product requirements of the increasing speed of delivery, with the accelerating pace of life, the customer move forward with "speed of light", they also want companies to to respond with"the speed of light". Under the new requirements and circumstances, the supply chain is facing new tests, supply chain commitment to reconstruction in order to reduce delivery time, a supply chain how to develop a reasonable commitment to the arrival time, how to monitor the actual arrival time, and to identify time-related income and the allocation mechanism of the supply chain enterprises urgently need to be addressed.This paper studies a supply chain with only a single supplier and retailer supply due to the production of the actual situation in the supply chain, the supplier is responsible for delivery time. the retailer is responsible for the retail price. First The article discusses the supply chain model considering the arrival timeand demonstrates the lack of co-ordination of the supply chain. At the same time, in Chapter IV of this article gives a revenue sharing as well as the promised delivery lead time related price commitments to coordinate the supply chain. Through the demonstration,these two contracts can coordinate the supply chain. Further, the paper also gives relationship between the promised delivery lead time and realized delivery lead timein each case. Finally,it studies the impact of the two contracts for the supply chain nodes. This article also gives a practical example to illustrates these conclusions.Through analysis, in considering the Promised delivery lead time, the supply chain is not able to achieve supply chain coordination, but the revenue sharing contract and promised delivery time related price contract can make the supply chain coordinated.
