Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises(SME)are strengthening on overall scale and the strength,and becoming the important factors to improve continually sustainable and stable growth of economy.We are puzzled by some problems such as ephemeral life-cycle,growing difficulties in SME and so on.These problems have also been the focus which catched academia's attention gradually.How make SME under quicker development and overcome the obstacle in their growing process is an increasingly issue that should be solved.In recent years,more and more experts make scientific researches on organizational effectiveness of SME.But now they have not come to a approving conclusion in how to appraise the organizational effectiveness of SME scientifically,objectively and easily.Therefore,the study on organizational effectiveness in SME has theoretical and practical value.Under the organizational theory and effectiveness appraising theory,in this dissertation,firstly,It depicted and analyzed the variational rules of organizational effectiveness curve in different phases of their life-cycle,and find out the causation that make the curve moving continually.Secondly,It set up a index system which is used to appraise the organizational effectiveness of SME,and try to the problem by some mathematical methods,such as Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP).Thirdly,It selected a enterprise to be the disquisitive object,for the purpose of testifying the reliability of AHP.Last,to the factors that can make an influence on organizational effectiveness,It advanced several measures which can help SME improve their organizational effectiveness,and It is believed that these conclusions can make SME develop successfully. |
