Research On Collaborative Innovation Model Of 3D Printing Industry Chain

3D printing industry is in the initial stage of development,which is the strategic choice of manufacturing industry transformation and upgrading,the driving force of adjusting industrial structure and achieving economic growth mode transformation.With the increase in R&D investment,technical progress of 3D printing industry promotes continued expansion of the application of the field and the business,so the importance of the coordination and integration of the parties to the main body of the industry chain has become increasingly prominent.This paper makes a systematic study on the development ways and means of collaborative innovation of 3D printing industry chain based on the theory of collaborative innovation.First of all,the main body of the 3D printing industry and the industry chain are defined and analyzed,on this basis,analysing of the characteristics of the industry chain.Because of its characteristics of emerging technologies,3D printing industry show a new development model,namely "cloud intelligent manufacturing model”,which promote the 3D printing industry chain collaborative innovation,but also make the progress and development of collaborative innovation theory.At the same time,The mature of 3D printing industry chain is the basis of cloud intelligent manufacturing model innovation.According to 3D printing technology,industry characteristics and the development I proposed strategy to build collaborative innovation,which includes three aspects of the principle of collaborative innovation mechanism,construction level of collaborative innovation mechanism,the process design of collaborative innovation mechanism.Then from the three dimensions of supply chain,enterprise chain,value chain,I designed 3D printing industry chain collaborative innovation model.I put forward the cooperative mode of interactive collaborative supply chain from the three aspects of technological innovation,logistics chain innovation,technological service chain innovation,modular enterprise chain integration to achieve enterprise chain collaborative innovation,which is divided into three modules:organization,capital,products,and business model innovation and linking the value chain system through the cloud“intelligent manufacturing" platform.Finally,I make system evaluation of collaborative innovation mechanism using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,apply the 9 scale method assigning the influence factors,determine the weight of each factor by the geometric mean method,analyze the evaluation results from the angle of economic effect of the growth rate and the strategic effect of 3D printing industry competitiveness,obtain that the industry chain collaborative innovation is conducive to promoting economic growth,improve competitiveness,then proposes cooperative mechanism support strategys.
