With the rapid development of China's agricultural science and technology,as well as the objective requirement of the transformation and upgrading of industry,enterprises are using Internet technology in all walks of life to change its own management pattern,a new type of network marketing "Internet + agriculture" ecological also gradually known by people.When the fusion of agricultural products and e-commerce development,can greatly accelerate the process of agricultural modernization.By changing the original agricultural products marketing mode,can effectively guide the planting,storage,processing and sales of agricultural products,resulting in the agricultural industry in the new development opportunity.Dongguan city has a long history of litchi cultivation.In agricultural sales network in the stages of development,there is a concept of technology and management difficulties,need we adhering to the theoretical viewpoint of seeking truth from facts,adjust measures to local conditions,on the premise of optimizing the network marketing management mode,according to the actual of dongguan city,the local farmers' characteristics,the development agricultural product network marketing model with the characteristic of dongguan,dongguan,can effectively promote the local agricultural industry transformation and upgrading.Therefore,in this paper,based on the method of literature analysis,adopt the method of field investigation,through access to relevant agriculture department and local litchi farmers,dongguan city,litchi planting,storage,processing and sales of related field investigation,using the theory of marketing,network marketing analysis,summed up the dongguan litchi brought by the development of network marketing present situation and the development problems,and puts forward the feasible,the development of targeted countermeasures.Particularly in dongguan litchi farmers,enterprise of agricultural information service coverage narrow,lack of effective network marketing strategy,the seller for the network marketing enthusiasm is not high,agricultural related websites function is not perfect and needs to improve logistics links,etc.,according to the characteristics of the dongguan litchi network marketing development,combination based on the experience of the successful network marketing at home and abroad,designed the government-led,such as special funds,investment and financing way to build a "guan li" as the business card of the agricultural product platform model,which combines agricultural products sales site,WeChat public number,mobile phone APP,TV column is an organic whole,forming a four nets of agricultural e-commerce platform,in order to promote the development of dongguan litchi network marketing.At the same time,some Suggestions are put forward for the operation of the platform and the existing problems of the dongguan lychee network marketing.This article is divided into seven parts,according to the actual situation of dongguan litchi network marketing,make the development of the feasible opinion and the suggestion,for dongguan city government scientific development of agricultural economy,reasonable layout of agricultural products marketing network platform to provide decision-making basis.
