With China's sustained and stable economic growth,the rapid expansion of automobile consumption,China has become the world's third largest car consumer,car output is fourth in the world,car transportation demand is also increasing.At present,China's vehicle transportation is mainly used in road transportation,because the truck carrying vehicle often has the nature of the super-long overrun,leading to road transportation not only has a great potential safety hazard,and easily leading to traffic congestion,emissions in the process of transportation cause serious pollution to the environment,coupled with the increase of punishment for long oversized vehicles,vehicle transportation costs remain high,China's vehicle transportation cost is 3 times that of Europe or the United States.This means that we need to find the right mode of transport to reduce transportation costs,thereby enhancing the competitiveness of enterprises.As an advanced form of transport organization and management of road-river transportation,not only can effectively reduce the cost of transportation,is a kind of environmentally friendly mode of transportation,the implementation of road-river transport vehicle transportation is an urgent demand.In the face of the complex transportation network formed by the road-river transportation of the vehicle,it is an urgent problem to solve the problem of how to combine the transportation mode and the transportation route to realize the optimal combination of road-river transportation.This paper studies the route selection problem of automobile road-river transportation in the Yangtze River Basin,and points out that the road-river transportation is different from the traditional form of road-river transportation.In the transit node city,using a facelift truck roll on roll transport rather than by the completion of the port crane lifting equipment fell.Based on the road-river transportation network conversion,transfer node split into multiple virtual nodes to form a virtual road-river transportation network map,based on the traditional economic efficiency as the goal,in the background of the development of "low carbon economy",adding the goal of carbon emissions,the construction cost and time carbon emissions targets based on minimum path selection model,and find the compromise between these three goals.In the process of building the model of transport time,transport time and transport time due to public water transport process with uncertainty,so this article introduces the concept of fuzzy number to represent two kinds of time uncertainty,and taking into account the various sections of the congestion,improve the reliability of travel.In the construction of the carbon emission model,the calculation model of the carbon emission factor was established according to the tons of consumption of different fuels,the carbon content per unit calorific value and the carbon oxidation rate of different transport equipment.On the basis of comparing the advantages and disadvantages of several intelligent algorithms,the improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the multi-objective optimization model.The example used in the model,with the help of the program to solve the conflict,considering the multi-objective problem optimization objective function,get a set of uniform distribution of the optimal solution set,which is a combination of reasonable transportation mode of Yangtze River automobile transport and transport path,which is a scientific decision-making line of automobile manufacturing enterprises along the Yangtze River and provide a transport reference.
