With the change of world situation,accelerating the process of economic globalization,national innovation capacity and economic strength is the focus of competition,general secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that lead and adapt to the new normal economic development is to rely on innovation,while emphasizing the principle status of enterprise innovation,therefore the enterprise how to stimulate enterprise innovative talents will own knowledge and wisdom into real productivity depth,which is of great significance to enhance the comprehensive national strength and national survival and development of enterprises.Based on the innovation theory and incentive theory,is the main motivation theory,namely three kinds of relationship of enterprise innovative talents of innovative talents incentive,is how to achieve their vision in the organization,and what to expect,that the enterprise product innovation talents incentive by force it is expected to reach the value and expected to decide,also is the enterprise must first understand the innovation talented person's demand,according to the demand of innovative talents award scheme,innovative talents through personal efforts to complete the assigned task of enterprise innovation and rewards,and ultimately meet the needs of innovative talents and also completed a process of enterprise the goal of innovation.This paper first describes the background and significance of the study,points out the importance of innovative talents for the country and the development of enterprises,the factors stimulating the innovative on the domestic and foreign innovation,innovative talents,talents to do the research,and introduced the innovation theory and incentive expectation theory,demand theory,double factor theory and the contract theory,through the analysis and integration of characteristics of innovative talents in enterprises,and through various dimensions of demand investigation and analysis of related enterprises innovative talents,demand preference that dimensions of innovative talents is different from the general staff of the enterprise,is to realize the self value oriented needs of the crowd,this is also the main incentive innovation personnel factors,on the basis of the characteristics,design of enterprise innovative talents based on the general requirements and A reward program for demand.Again,the analysis of innovation goals and objectives innovation principle,to make the enterprise innovation goal fully embodies the enterprise innovative talents interests,combining with analysis of the demand of enterprise innovative talents,enterprises should consider two factors: the importance of making employees feel that the goal of innovation,the importance of a desired result;and the belief of innovative staff to reach the goal of.Therefore,the cost income contribution responsibility,full communication,individual differences,single or combination incentive principle,construct incentive system mechanism innovation talents of individual needs and goals based on consistency of enterprise innovation.Finally,through the analysis of incentive measures for innovative talents of HUAWEI Technology Co.,Ltd.,the author increases the empirical analysis of the author and puts forward relevant suggestions.
