In the context of putting forward the strategy of "the Belt and Road Initiatives",the state grid corporation and other state-owned energy enterprises,actively promote the strategy of "going out",and constantly increase the state-owned energy companies in the communication and cooperation of the international market,improving the stability of China on energy security and the voice in the international energy market and so on.Along the southeast Asian market is in the " the Belt and Road Initiatives " under the background of State Grid,focus on the development of regional markets,on the one hand,because the main southeast Asia countries such as Thailand,Laos,Vietnam,Cambodia of electric power demand is higher,and domestic shortage of independent power supply,this gives State Grid provides the opportunities of the development;On the other hand,it can give full play to their role as the energy power of road,for other areas of cooperation to lay the foundation,to provide protection.In China-asean free trade area strategy on the basis of the State Grid is repeatedly stressed the importance of the market,the strategy of " the Belt and Road Initiatives " starts,the state grid in much starker choices-and graver consequences-in planning also explicitly proposed the key development such as southeast Asia market internationalization development strategy.In this background,this article uses the literature method case method,regression analysis,comparative analysis and other research methods,first of all,this article presents research background,research goals,literature,etc.Second,the state-owned enterprises "going out" strategy,and elaborates the development strategy theory,this paper studies theory foundation.Once again,to the State Grid development present situation of the southeast Asia market analysis,from the State Grid development strategy itself,multiple perspectives,such as southeast Asia market electricity demand to explore the necessity and importance of the development of southeast Asia market.Fourth,the southeast Asia market environment for the development of Chinese power grid is analyzed,a clear environmental changes and possible trend of the future development of southeast Asia market.Finally,this paper on the basis of the existing environment analysis,designed to improve the State Grid concrete strategy of southeast Asia market development strategy---market differentiation strategy on the basis of risk control.Through the study of this article,southeast Asia market development provide rationalization proposal to the national electricity grid,has certain theoretical and practical significance.
