The Design Of Guangxi Power Grid Provincial-regional Integration Of Telecommunication Operation And Control System Based On Cloud Platform

Guangxi provincial Telecommunication Operation Control System(TOCS),was completed and put into operation in 2011,which realizes telecommunication resource management,telecommunication integrated monitoring and telecommunication operation management.The system includes the provincial dispatch telecommunication control center(PDTCC),regional dispatch telecommunication control center(RDTCC),and 110 kV and above voltage grade substations which were under control of PDTCC.As the Guangxi power grid telecommunication system develops rapidly,it requires more powerful operation,management and control.Therefore,PDTCC must be refined to improve its processing capacity,and extended to the regional areas to construct Guangxi power grid provincial-regional integration of telecommunication operation and control system(RRITOCS).The present condition of Guangxi power grid TOCS was analyzed in this thesis.And the requirements of system management,application scale,and security were also analyzed.Then,architecture was designed for the RRITOCS According to the requirement analysis and system performance requirements,a model based on cloud platform architecture was proposed for the centralized deployment of management-control integration system.Through the analysis of difficulties and problems that may exists in the construction of the system,the requests of module functions,relation between dynamic and static data,and integration data were assessed respectively,and the integration system was designed.This thesis completed the architecture design of cloud platform.In this architecture,the cloud data base,HBASE,was used to store history alarming information,and the function of data analysis was also designed.Finally the economic efficiency analysis and robustness testing were completed.RRITOCS of Guangxi power grid based on cloud platform was completed by using advanced cloud platform technology and cluster technology.It satisfied communication network operation and monitoring needs,and can be popularized and applied in other power systems.
