| The electric power expansion project directly face to the end user,it’s an important part of power enterprises,play a vital role in the economic development of the country and society and the production and life of the people.The expansion of the project quality assurance and management efficiency,directly determines the quality of end-user electricity.For the construction process of industrial expansion,there are many factors influencing quality and progress,because of many characteristics which including complex construction technology,a lot of production links,many participation party,many factors affecting quality,that leads to the interference in the engineering because of the various factors mentioned above,the quality of the industrial extension will also be affected.However,the industrial expansion project is an important guarantee for the stable operation of the distribution network,we should conduct quality management business expansion projects adopt effective methods and means,through to the domestic and foreign about project quality management theory,then introduce PCM model and industry expansion project quality management combination,to improve the level of the industry expansion project quality management.In this paper,the main research object is the Beijing Electric Power Corporation industry expansion project quality management.Firstly,the paper analyzed the research status and the existing problems of domestic electric power project quality management,introduced quality management method and mode of traditional business expansion projects;Secondly,through four phase:mapping,design,construction and completion analysis the factors of which affected the industry expansion project quality,and puts forward some effective methods for the quality management of construction industry expansion project;through the research and analysis of industry expansion project quality management,put forward the business content of expansion to quality management should throughout the whole process of project quality management,business expansion projects are emphasize on the management of all project activities and work quality.At the same time,the effective operation of the quality assurance system should maximize the role,in order to improve the quality of the project,we should effectively control the quality of the project.After comparing the present management mode and PCM management mode of industry expansion project,it proves the advantages of PCM mode applied in the quality management of industry expansionproject,and makes up the deficiency of the existing management mode.Through the study of this paper,not only improve the quality management level of the industry expansion project to a certain extent,but also put forward targeted solutions to the existing problems in the past projects.It laid a certain foundation for the smooth and orderly development of the industry expansion project in the future,and provided data and theoretical support to a certain extent.It also provides strong support for reply further deepen the reform of the power system and develop efficient and high-quality services in the power industry.Providing a strong theoretical support for the develop management,construction and supervision units of vast distribution network management’s quality assurance in the implementation process,speeding up the construction of distribution network transformation,promoting the transformation and upgrading,contributing to the service of economic and social development. |
